Your Order

All orders are made to order in order of first come first served. As every order is handmade we do ask for your patience in that orders can take up to a week to be dispatched depending on the amount of order we receive that week. We will always get your order too you as quickly as possible! As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping email.

Care and Returns

It is very simple to care for your intimates, wash by hand with warm soapy water and let them dry naturally. Do not ever use a washing machine or tumble dryer as we cannot be responsible by any damage caused by this.

We do not accept returns due to how close contact our products come with the skin. We also don’t accept returns due to you changing your mind your order is handmade to fit you. We do however accept returns if your item unfortunately arrives damaged- just contact us through our site and we will be more than happy to help. 

We do not cover any postage costs.

Processing and Shipping

As each bra is handmade to order processing time can vary- some days your purchase will be with you the next day but in our busier times it can take up to a week for it to process. However we are more than happy to let you know an estimated time for when your order will arrive with you, just use the contact page and be sure to include your order number in your email.

As we post worldwide shipping can vary a lot. If you are in the UK once shipping your order should arrive within 1-3 working days. For the rest of the world please leave 5 to 10 days once dispatched.

We will keep proof of postage for a month once your order is dispatched. If you do not contact us about and shipping concerns within a month we can not help you unfortunately.
